Ah, if only I owned a crock pot!
No crock pots in this house either. kinda wish I had one. My maids can cook for me, though... so that goes along with your bonus tip. ;-)
Mine is deep in the cupboard! But, I can see the benefit!
Except "setting up in the morning" requires forethought! And time in the morning to get everything into the pot! I have so many excuses. :)
